01 The story, in three paragraphs

Why everyone keeps coming back.

Nestled in the charming heart of Alberobello at Largo Trevisani, 10, Pizzeria Morsi e Rimorsi offers a delightful taste of authentic Italian pizza crafted with passion and local flair. This cozy pizzeria invites you to indulge in a variety of flavorful pies that celebrate traditional Italian ingredients and innovative combinations, perfect for both casual diners and discerning pizza lovers.

The standout dishes include the classic Margherita, praised for its perfectly balanced tangy tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil atop a thin, crisp crust that crackles with each bite. For those seeking a more adventurous palate, the pizza topped with artichokes, ripe tomatoes, and an assortment of cheeses delivers an irresistible medley of textures and rich flavors—it’s no surprise that one visitor described it as “amazing.” This vibrant combination awakens your senses with every mouthful, evoking the very essence of Southern Italian cuisine.

Dining at Pizzeria Morsi e Rimorsi means savoring your meal al fresco on the quaint plaza, where the ambient buzz of Alberobello’s historic streets enhances your experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it an excellent spot to gather with friends or enjoy a relaxed moment of indulgence while watching the famed trulli rooftops nearby.

While the pizzeria enjoys praise for its delectable offerings, customer impressions reveal a mix of experiences regarding service and pricing. Some have noted that prices tend to be on the higher side—a familiar aspect in this bustling tourist hub—yet many feel the quality of the food justifies the cost. It’s worth noting that a few diners found the service less attentive, though others report timely and courteous hospitality, particularly during quieter times of the week.

Overall, Pizzeria Morsi e Rimorsi stands as a compelling destination for those eager to immerse themselves in the flavors of Alberobello. Whether you're delighting in a perfectly crafted Margherita or indulging in a rich, cheesy specialty topped with fresh artichokes and tomatoes, the pizzeria offers a genuine slice of Italy that resonates with the soul of the region. It captures not just the taste but the spirit of this enchanting town, making it a memorable culinary stop on your Italian adventure.

We got several pizzas here and ate them out on the plaza. First we got a Margherita pizza and it was good. Then we got one with artichokes, tomatoes and several cheeses. It was amazing.

Was surprised and frightened to see quite a low rating. But it was not that bad. Yes, the food was quite average, but if it would be cheaper nobody would complain. So, we picked several dishes with beef fillets, pizza. Beef was partially not chewable, but not overcooked. Pizza was ok. Not something I would specifically go for, but it was totally fine ordinary pizza, just 50% more expensive that it should be. We visited the place at low season, so we had no waiting times. Service was also quite polite. Drinks were expensive. But nothing you wouldn’t see in the menu before you make a decision to sit. Be aware that service is included (3,5 pro person).
